The recently-married duo of AJ RED and TEDDY BREWSKI fuse genres in everything they do. Whether it's opening for the likes of VNSSA, DJ Susan, and Steve Darko, holding down the rooftop at Insomniac's newest venue, Nova, or dropping a 2+ hour set to close out the famed PB Avenue there's no crowd these two can't whip into a frenzy. Their original productions have been played all over the world and have received praise from countless artists including legends like Hard Rock Sofa and Feenixpawl, Desert Hearts head-honcho Mikey Lion, and Billboard chart-topper Jamie Lee Wilson.
Karl! is an enigma. He's known for playing extended hour afters sets that dive way down the rabbit hole until well past sunrise. He's also all of our favorite DJ even though he'll never acknowledge it with credentials that include opening for Dillon Nathaniel. By the way, good luck trying to find evidence he exists outside of when you see him at the club/warehouse.
Ben aka PROSPEC7 has been in the scene for nearly two decades. Starting as a DJ for his fraternity and a resident DJ at a local nightclub in his college town, he moved to Chicago where he held a residency at a rooftop in River North, played many local clubs, and was a regular in the house party scene. Now living in San Diego, he has been holding a monthly residency at AC Lounge for the past year+ while playing many venues throughout America's Finest City. Known for playing tracks with heavy, grooving basslines and crisp, punchy drums, every set that PROSPEC7 plays is sure to get the people moving.
Don't let her innocent look fool you. AJ Red throws down heat. She may start the set with electronica and deep house, but by the end of her set you'll have your ankles tested with techno and bass before she brings it back down to Earth.
At the intersection of house, bass, and hip hop you'll find the beast known as TEDDY BREWSKI. The it's just noize records team captain works the decks hard and dance floors harder.
Bears, Beats, TEDDY BREWSKI.
